These pictures above (click to enlarge) are possibly your dream home, maybe not, you may have some other dream in mind. But it was my dream home and the only way that I could fulfill that dream was to Self Build. I could not have afforded that type of house by purchasing from a builder. The savings by Self Building are normally between 20%-30%, which is basically the builders profit margin.
